k3bd Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the k3bd platform — they define the rights and responsibilities of both you and us.

Important: k3bd is for users aged 21 and above only. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

1 General Terms & Acceptance

By accessing the k3bd platform or creating an account, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between k3bd and the user. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

k3bd reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to visit this page regularly.

Please note: These terms were originally prepared in Bengali. In the event of any conflict arising from a translation, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account at k3bd. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. k3bd may request identity documents or relevant proof at any time to verify your age.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate one account only. If a single person creates multiple accounts, k3bd reserves the right to close those accounts and forfeit the associated balances.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account suspension or closure. It is your responsibility to notify the support team promptly if any of your details change.

  • Full name (as on national identity card)
  • Active mobile number or email address
  • Correct date of birth
  • Information consistent with your payment method

3 Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at k3bd is ৳100. This limit applies to all payment methods. Our supported methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank).

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Successful withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.

Withdrawal Policy: It is recommended to request withdrawals through the same method used for your deposit. If suspicious activity is detected on an account, k3bd may temporarily suspend withdrawals and request additional verification.

3.3 Currency

k3bd processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

k3bd offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳8,000 earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total of ৳13,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x — applied to the bonus amount only (not the deposit amount). Example: receiving a ৳1,500 bonus means you must wager ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Policy

  • Bonuses cannot be converted to cash — they can only be used for gaming.
  • The same promotion cannot be claimed more than once on a single account.
  • k3bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
  • If bonus abuse is found, k3bd may close the account and void the bonus.
  • If terms are not met, any bonus funds deposited will be forfeited.

5 VIP Program & Cashback

k3bd's VIP program has three tiers. Tiers advance through regular play and come with weekly cashback benefits:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP benefits are awarded automatically. Contact the support team for more details about VIP tiers.

Condition: Your account must be fully verified to receive cashback benefits, and cashback will not apply if the account is under any restriction.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the k3bd platform:

  • Fraud, manipulation, or deceptive behaviour in the use of the platform.
  • Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
  • Operating an account using another person's identity.
  • Using software, bots, or automated methods to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
  • Attempting unauthorised access to our systems or network.
  • Threatening, harassing, or discriminating against other users.

Violating these prohibitions may result in k3bd immediately suspending or closing the account and forfeiting all funds. k3bd also reserves the right to notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.

7 Technical Security & Fair Play

7.1 Security

k3bd uses SSL encryption technology to keep your personal and financial information secure. Our fair play policy ensures that all game outcomes are determined in a neutral and verifiable manner.

7.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (password, PIN) confidential. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. k3bd will not be held liable for any loss resulting from third-party access.

7.3 Game Error Policy

Results or prizes incorrectly displayed due to a technical error are not valid. In such situations, k3bd reserves the right to cancel the relevant transaction and will notify the user.

8 Responsible Gaming

k3bd believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should be enjoyed responsibly. We ask all our users to keep the following in mind:

  • Only spend money you can afford to lose.
  • Do not treat gaming as a source of income.
  • Take regular breaks and set time limits on your gaming.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by k3bd

k3bd may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of these terms and conditions.
  • Providing false information or identity fraud.
  • Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
  • Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
  • Activities that pose a threat to platform security.

10.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Any valid balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed. Bonus funds with unfulfilled wagering requirements will be considered void.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k3bd will not be held liable for:

  • Loss caused by technical errors or server outages.
  • Loss caused by third-party actions.
  • Financial loss resulting from a user's own gaming decisions.
  • Games interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
  • Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters or government orders.
Important: All decisions related to gaming are entirely your own. k3bd is an entertainment platform — winning cannot be guaranteed.

12 Dispute Resolution

If a resolution is not reached after contacting the support team, both parties will attempt to settle the dispute through discussion. Dispute resolution generally relies on the records of the most recent applicable transactions and system logs, which are held in k3bd's records and are considered final evidence.

13 Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content on the k3bd platform — logos, designs, code, text, game interfaces, and multimedia materials — is the intellectual property of k3bd. Using, copying, modifying, or distributing these materials for any purpose without explicit written permission is prohibited.

Content from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Ezugi, etc.) is governed by their respective intellectual property policies.

14 Changes & Discontinuation of Service

k3bd reserves the right to do any of the following at any time without prior notice:

  • Add or remove any game, feature, or promotion.
  • Temporarily suspend service for maintenance.
  • Restrict service in specific regions.
  • Change minimum deposit or withdrawal limits (applicable after the change is announced).

For significant changes, k3bd will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice.
